True believer's have a soft spot in their heart for anyone who does not know or love God! They are standing alone in life and there is no one who will be able to save them. What can they do when they are "all shook up". Where do they turn when they have to face disease or even death? Do they feel that they are standing on a rock or on shifting sand? Where can they run and hide when they are threatened or insecure? Thank God that our One Truth Today applies to all who are the children of Jesus Christ our Lord. This is a promise to them personally. The Lord is our rock and our Salvation. God is our fortress that we can run into and hide and never be shaken! Our victory comes from Him when we WAIT QUIETLY BEFORE GOD!
How can a person be victorious in life? There is only one way. You must find your Salvation in Jesus Christ the Lord God. No one else on earth or in heaven can give you eternal life and Save you from death. Without the Grace and Mercy of the Lord you cannot survive. When you know the truth and accept the free gift of life that the Lord offers, you will survive death and receive eternal life. That is why we can WAIT QUIETLY BEFORE GOD. His promise is the rock we stand on and He is the fortress that protects us and gives us the victory. God can not be moved and will never be shaken. He is our Peace!
Because we know this scripture we have the Peace of the Lord that comes when we WAIT QUIETLY BEFORE GOD. It is a peace that passes understanding. That is the "Good News" that we know and that we want to share with those who are lost and in fear. We feel bad for those who are dead in their sin. Most do not even know they are all ready dead and need new life. We are praying that everyone will be spared from fear, worry and death. For ourselves we can WAIT QUIETLY BEFORE GOD. Our Victory comes from God. We know that He will never allow us to be shaken in the end. Our prayer is that all people will come to know that Peace!
