Do you believe there is no God? Our One Truth Today is quite an indictment against you. We will learn that you are corrupt, as all unsaved men are, and your actions are evil. In fact none of you will be able to do any good in the sight of God! The most important thing for you to learn is that ONLY FOOLS SAY IN THEIR HEART, THERE IS NO GOD! So no matter how wise and smart you think you are, it is all foolishness in the sight of God. Why would anyone listen to a fool? Unbeliever's consider professors, politicians, scientists, financiers, physicians, lawyers, and some artists wise. Can any one of them Save you and give you eternal life? Can they save themselves? Without God their lives are just foolishness and amount to nothing!
Can fools place the stars in the heavens and create the sun, moon, and stars? Can fools create a universe or environment and ecosystem that supports the life of man? What collection of men can overcome disease, poverty, illiteracy, or solve the problems of this earth? What kind of arrogance does it take to compare yourself to the Living God? Can you control your future? We bring nothing to this world when we are born, and we will take nothing with us when we pass on, so what kind of fool thinks they are the ones in control? Men make foolish attempts to compete with God and they fail every single time. Just because you say there is no God does not make it so. If you close your eyes, God will not disappear. Maybe it is time to grow up!
The Psalmists tell us that "God looks down from heaven on the entire human race". God looks to see if anyone is truly wise. The answer is NO. No one is good, no not one. All have turned away from God and become corrupt. So the question is, how do we become wise? The beginning of Wisdom is the Fear of God. The Fear, Knowledge and Love of God are required before you can be called wise. If you do not have Jesus Christ the Lord God dwelling in your heart, you will never be wise. You have to open the door to your heart and invite the Lord to come in and dwell with you; ask Him to be your Saviour. The Lord will give you the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Then you will become wise. Your choice, your consequence. You can be a wise man or a fool! ONLY FOOLS SAY THERE IS NO GOD!
