"IN THE BEGINNING God created the heavens and the earth!"
If you accept the first verse of the Holy Bible to be the Truth, then the rest will be easy! The world is divided into two groups of people. One group believes God and they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. They know that the Word of God is Alive and True. They know the beginning of wisdom is the KNOWLEDGE, love and fear of God. They know that God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in the Universe. They know there is no other plausible explanation for the genesis of the earth. There are many wild theories that require more faith than the real truth. These theories are all laid to rest and brought into disrepute one after the other. Remember the "Big Bang"? Rather than know and serve God man will invent and perpetuate theories to avoid serving and acknowledging the True God! Man has made many idols and images and substitutes for God and they have even tried to substitute themselves as God. Humanism and atheism come to mind. They are all pathetic attempts to avoid knowing and accepting and then serving God. They have no beginning!
Only God has been able to produce something out of nothing. Man can not even produce and make dirt! If it was not God who created the heavens and the earth, then who did? Do you really believe that some collection of men or other entity created something from nothing? The fact is that the earth, sun, moon, stars and planets including the Universe was spoken into existence by the Lord God. There is no other theory or explanation that can withstand the scrutiny of time. Only God should be worshiped as the creator of the universe. Only Jesus Christ the Lord God was from the beginning and will be until the end. Once you know and believe this truth you have the beginning of wisdom.
Only our God could have formed and fashioned this creation that we know as the earth and the Universe. God spoke it into existence. He made all this from nothing, something only God can and could do! We call the beginning, the moment that He spoke and created the heavens and the earth. Actually the Word, and Jesus Christ the Lord God existed before time began. Our world will have a beginning and and end, just as our lives do. God had no beginning and He will have no ending. God is eternal. If you accept the free gift of Salvation from the Lord God you to will have an eternal nature and spend your future in Heaven. If you accept the Word of God and the first sentence, then you to have the beginning of eternal life. You will be with the Lord
forever. For your eternal life to begin you must believe Jesus Christ and the Word of God!
