It is true, "only a fool says in his heart there is no God". Everyone knows it, in their heart, and they have to reject the concept that is so evident. If you do not know God , you will really not have an adequate excuse. Ever since the creation of the world, and man's presence in it, God's invisible nature, eternal power and divinity have been intelligible and discernible to everyone. God has made Himself known by the things that He has made, the handiwork on display to all. Look up at the sun, moon and stars. You are looking at the power of God and you can not deny it. That is why there is no excuse or defense or justification for not knowing, or rejecting God!
You have to actually close your eyes and your mind to the wonders of the universe brought into existence by the Word of God. You have to purposely close your ears to the Word of God that was given to us all. The truth has been made known to you in so many ways. You have to close the door to your heart and reject the knock by Jesus Christ, the Lord God, in order not to believe. If you say today that there is no God, you are only proving that you are a fool and a rebellious person, who wants to be there own god. Do you really believe that you can save yourself from death? Do you really believe that you could create the universe or even speak into existence this world and man? If people believe this, THEY HAVE NO EXCUSES!
When the time comes to meet your God, everything that you have said and believed will be known and transparent to the Lord. You will be judged by your own words, thoughts and actions. You will be totally responsible for any judgement that you bring upon yourself. If you disrespect God and have never known God as your Lord and Saviour, you have only yourself to blame. Wrong choices lead to bad consequences. Instead of having the Lord of the Universe as an advocate for you, you will be alone and separated from God. You will have no truth, no salvation, no eternal life. The worst part is that people like that, THEY HAVE NO EXCUSES!
