Have you heard the voice of Jesus Christ the Lord God? For those who have not heard the still small voice of God we offer an explanation for the One Truth Today. Jesus Christ is standing at the door to every ones heart and is present all the time. Jesus is talking to you right now and inviting you to open the door to your heart so that He can come in and dwell with you and become a part of your life. Not only will Jesus come in to your heart and life and become intimate with you, He will become your Saviour and your best friend. He will share His life with you forever and give you new and eternal life in heaven! "Look I stand at the door and knock"! "If you hear my voice and open the door to your heart, I will come in."
The Lord Jesus Christ has communicated in many ways and through various devices and people the "Good News". He has knocked at the door to every ones heart but not everyone hears Him or accepts the invitation. Have you rejected the invitation? Have you heard the voice of God? Did you reject or fail to respond. The truth is that although the Lord stands at the door to your heart and knocks, He will not kick the door in, He will not knock it down. You must choose to open the door to your own heart. He must enter as a welcome guest. The only act you need for Salvation is to open the door to your heart and invite the Lord to come in and dwell with you!
In today's language the Lord is saying, "I am standing right outside the door to you heart, right now, and if you hear my voice and heed my call, I will come in and share the bread of life with you as your best friend. Sound to easy to believe? If you are hearing the still small voice at this moment, answer it. Jesus Christ is knocking on the door to your heart right now, go and open the door! If you do this He will save you from death, and give you new and eternal life. To those that have an ear, listen. Can you hear the KNOCK, KNOCK?
