When it is dark, the Lord God will light up the darkness for you. His Word will act as a guide for you. His Word will give you the right directions. His Word is the lamp to guide your feet and the light to show you the right path. Turn to God and follow His commandments. Keep His laws and study His prophets until they are your hearts delight. When you know the Word do not hide it, but instead, put it in a place of prominence in your life. Let the light in your life shine on everyone in your vicinity. God's Word LIGHTS UP THE DARKNESS!
We are walking a path in our lives. Is your path toward God or away from God. If you walk toward God then you will be walking toward the light and your goal will become more visible as you go along and you will have light to guide you and a bright and visible path to the Lord. If you walk away from God and turn away from Him you will be going into the darkness and you will with out a doubt stumble and fall off the path and away from the light. You will have no one to guide you except yourself. You can not save yourself! Those that love, fear and know God have the peace and assurance that they are going in the right direction and will find their way home.
